Due to the infinitely long cross-linked structure (polymer based on plant materials), physical and mechanical properties of our HDF plates significantly exceed the properties of traditional urea-formaldehyde and other resins HDF plates .
The chemical reaction of the binder (glue) with cellulose increases the density of the material, our plates become resistant to aggressive media, water resistant and bioresistant.
The impregnation of wood and lumber with a binder (glue) and further heat treatment increase the density and the wood partially acquires the properties of plastic, bioresistance, water resistance, resistance to aggressive media. The difference from other modern wood impregnation is in simultaneously creation and improvement of properties and characteristics of wood. The existing modern impregnations while improving one property of wood, worsen all its other properties at the same time.
